Women leaders training women leaders is so inspiring.I had such a fulfilling day watching a truly dynamic team of women volunteer leaders (and many friends!), lead by the incredible Dr. Meaza Morrison, thoughtfully train a group of women community volunteer leaders. That group will go on to lead over 35 teams creating transformational change for children and families across the Tampa Bay area with The Junior League of Tampa. As an advisor to the leadership team responsible for the day to day operations and management of it all I could not have been more proud and more inspired for all the good to come from their hard work. And also to watch those that I have known for years to continue to flourish and grow in their leadership and wisdom…you had such an impact on me yesterday.
