How Does What You're Working on Impact Your Topline Metrics?A few weeks ago, I hosted a webinar with Adam Fishman and Casey Winters. The first point is Adam's brutally honest take on the true meaning of companies being data-driven and its impact on business.Although many companies, and especially product teams, claim to be data-driven, there's a difference between claiming to be data-driven and actually being so. Adam's perspective illustrates this perfectly when he gives OKRs as an example: “If your OKRs are ‘ship the thing’, then you are not a data-driven organization.”Stay tuned for more insights!
